Coaching for recovering people-pleasers

You are the
permission
you've been waiting for

Does this sound familiar?

You've been good at living everyone else's life

You took the path that made sense to everyone else. You stayed. You gave. You adapted. You made yourself smaller so others could feel comfortable.

And somewhere along the way — in the career that was never really yours, in the relationship that asked everything of you — you lost the thread back to yourself.

You don't even know what you want anymore. Because for so long, what you wanted wasn't something you were allowed to ask.

The questions at the heart of this work.

The ones you were never given permission to ask

Who was I before I learned to make myself smaller?

What did I want before I learned what I was supposed to want?

Whose voice is that — and is it actually mine?

What would I choose if no one's feelings depended on my answer?

What have I been waiting for permission to be?

Authenticity isn't built. It's uncovered by shedding what was never really you.

About your guide.

I know this terrain because I've lived it

I spent years in a career that was never mine — not because I wasn't capable, but because I was never encouraged to ask what I actually wanted. I lost myself in a relationship that demanded everything, where my own needs became invisible even to me.

I know what it feels like to look up one day and realise the life you're living doesn't feel like yours.

I'm not coaching from a place of having it all figured out. I'm coaching from the path — as someone who is walking the very reclamation I guide others through.

That is not a limitation. That is the work.
